2013 紐西蘭旅行 終章(Day 14)  2013年11月26日  

今天就要回台灣了，昨天還在計畫著今天要早點起床到碼頭走走

大概賴床習慣已經無解了，醒來由飯店樓上往下看，皇后街已經是滿街的上班人潮

 

 

電視新聞從前天開始每整點就不斷的報導及討論一位奧克蘭小孩因玩火而喪命

兒童人命在紐西蘭是相當被關注的

 

昨天晚上由中華茶餐廳走出來，被店前黝黑的壯漢從背後突然出聲嚇到

「Hey！Chinese   Five Dollars」

奧克蘭最熱鬧的皇后街  連白天都會有身強體壯的壯漢舉牌子乞討

大家似乎早已習慣這種景象，奧克蘭市長應該也不是很在乎  

 

從走在街上的臉孔和口音可以很清楚地發現，奧克蘭市真是個「國際」大都市

西方臉孔及毛利人的比例已經減少許多，大量的亞裔及非裔人進入奧克蘭市

我想老奧克蘭人應該會很懷念過去的奧克蘭

 

 

其中最明顯的應該算是中國移民改變了原有紐西蘭的居住生態

我的銀行經理以前在幫客戶標購房屋時很容易得標，但這幾年中國資金大量進入奧克蘭不動產市場後就不一樣了

每次開標，只見中國標客一直往上加價，甚至整個投標場的標案全被中國標客買走，「勢在必得」的土豪氣真是無敵

原本有房屋需求的奧克蘭人被迫要往更郊區居住

 

 除了新興中國人大量移入紐西蘭之外，幾乎不太會有歐美人士移民到紐西蘭

原因當然是物價太高、稅賦太重，如果沒有好的工作或事業相佐，以退休養老金來這裡根本活不好

以平均而言，台灣的低薪資、低物價，造成台灣人民到紐澳旅遊時不能像日本、韓國遊客那樣自在地消費

   

昨天晚上在皇后街由街頭走到街尾，J已經很清楚那一家的蜂膠最優惠

機場內的免稅品比境內的應稅品(12.5%)還要貴上許多-----這句是要給J看的

 

我嘛！也按照慣例，買了個杯子作紀念，9元

在電腦前打網誌，用這個杯子喝茶喝咖啡，提醒著在遙遠的南方國度曾經有過的美好回憶

 

 

很慶幸能夠生在現代，才能在很短的時間快速來回這個南方世界 

短短的17天旅行，卻用了1個多月的時間才寫完

很多事情已經記不得了，還有一堆東西都沒寫，四千多張相片一張也捨不得刪

原本較後面的幾篇紐西蘭遊記應該要更晚才會完成(可能那時候早已忘記大半了)

原本現在應該是在中國東北過著15天冰天雪地的生活，但因為J的腳受傷而無法成行

與孩子們的春節吳哥窟家庭旅行已經繳錢了也被迫臨時取消，I am so sorry. 

下次的旅行得等到明年的四、五月了，這個J喔，真是罪孽深重喔

快點好起來啦
